About the Role
We're hiring a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients — from a smooth onboarding through ongoing support that keeps them getting results long after launch. You'll be the person clients reach out to when something needs configured, isn't working, or they want to take their setup to the next level. If you love untangling tech problems, explaining things clearly, and being the reliable point of contact clients trust, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Onboarding
- Own client onboarding from kickoff through go-live
- Walk clients through DNS configuration (A, CNAME, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) across registrars like GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Cloudflare
- Build out HighLevel accounts: workflows, pipelines, automations, calendars, forms, snapshots, and sub-accounts
- Configure HighLevel AI Agents and AI Studio assistants for client use cases
- Install and verify Facebook Pixel + Conversions API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other tracking
- Connect third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, payment processors)
Ongoing Client Support
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for active clients
- Respond to support requests across email, chat, and ticketing
- Make ongoing adjustments to HighLevel workflows, funnels, AI agents, and automations as clients evolve
- Troubleshoot deliverability, integration, tracking, and SEO issues
- Run periodic check-ins to spot optimization opportunities
- Train clients and answer "how do I..." questions
Process & Knowledge
- Document repeatable processes and contribute to our playbooks
- Build out a knowledge base for common client questions
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with HighLevel / GoHighLevel — workflows, funnels, pipelines, snapshots, calendars, and forms
- Experience with HighLevel AI Agents and AI Studio
- Confidence configuring DNS records on common registrars
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals — on-page, technical, local SEO
- Conversion tracking experience — Facebook Pixel + CAPI, GTM, GA4
- Solid grasp of online marketing and lead conversion principles
- Strong customer-facing communication — patient, clear, calm
- Organized and self-directed; comfortable juggling multiple clients
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI voice assistants (Vapi, Synthflow, Bland, Retell)
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or other automation platforms
- A2P 10DLC registration and SMS compliance
- Google Business Profile and local SEO / reputation management
- Prior agency or SaaS client-support background
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with email deliverability tools
